1. Reservation and Booking:

1.1. Reservations: All room reservations are subject to availability. The Apartment reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation at its discretion.

1.2. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation number from the Apartment. Please keep this number for reference and present it upon check-in.

1.3. Guest Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the reservation process. Any incorrect information provided may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

2. Check-In and Check-Out:

2.1. Check-In: Check-in time is from [insert check-in time] onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

4. Guest Responsibilities:

4.1. Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner throughout their stay at the Apartment. Any behavior that disturbs other guests or violates Apartment policies may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

4.2. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the Apartment’s property, including rooms, furnishings, or amenities. The Apartment reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repair or replacement.

4.3. Personal Belongings: The Apartment is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe or depositing valuables at the front desk.

5. Limitation of Liability:

5.1. The Apartment will make every reasonable effort to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. However, the Apartment shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests, their companions, or their property arising from the use of Apartment facilities or services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.
